Improve Reading and Critical Thinking Skills with DLTA: Directed Listening-Thinking Activity
Both students and teachers of English are welcome to this workshop. Telling someone to be an active reader doesn’t go as far as showing someone the necessary strategies to become an engaged and critical reader. A Directed Listening-Thinking Activity (DLTA) allows participants to experience and understand why prediction is considered the heart of successful reading.
